What did the project consist of?
The customer sells via distributors and supermarkets in the Spanish market. The company was looking for an international digital strategy for the sale of a new range of products.
A mixed strategy: FBA is used for the whole of Europe (for products with higher business volume) and FBM for products with lower sales speed.
Through one-off advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, it was possible to promote and make known the product in the main countries.
Domestic sales already account for less than 40% of the customer’s overall sales, thus achieving significant diversification and less dependence on the domestic market.
